Chamberlain Performing Arts is committed to presenting excellent ballet to enrich the North Texas community,
enlighten with arts education, and encourage through outreach programs.
The Collin College Visual Arts program offers foundation art classes in drawing, design and art appreciation as well as specialized classes in the fields of painting, watercolor, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, art metals, computer art and art history.
Today, Historic Downtown Plano is urbanizing with new restaurants, retail, office and urban housing. Almost every night of the week, the streets are alive with a variety of activities; there’s something here for everyone! The sky is the limit as Historic Downtown Plano has become a destination to Eat, Play, Shop, and Live.

Since opening it’s doors in 1991, Plano Children’s Theatre (PCT) has welcomed over 2,000,000 students, patrons, members and sponsors. As the North Texas Performing Arts’ flagship location, PCT provides youth, ages 3 to 18, an opportunity to discover and develop their passion for the arts. While the youth are having fun, they are developing life-long skills and character. With training courses, a wide range of productions, and workshops PCT has something to offer for any student ready to take the stage and become a part of the NTPA family.

The Plano Art Association was formed in 1969 as a non-profit organization, and continues to be a vital part of the community. We are a non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage artistic development of members, to advance artistic values in community projects, to further art education, to encourage creative activities related to art, and to bring artistic values into everyday living.

The Plano Civic Chorus is known for its consistent choral excellence. Under the direction of Ralph Frederick Stannard, Artistic Director and Conductor, the 90-member auditioned chorus has established itself as one of premiere arts groups in North Texas. The chorus’s broad repertoire ranges from the songs of the Broadway stage to the great masterworks of the classical composers. The chorus performs regularly with the Plano Symphony Orchestra and has also performed with the Dallas Chamber Orchestra, Irving Symphony Orchestra and Allen Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra.

The Plano International Festival's mission is to organize and conduct an International Festival in the City of Plano to educate, enlighten and enrich the multicultural experience of all of its citizens.
A not-for-profit ballet company, the Plano Metropolitan Ballet (PMB) puts on performances in Plano, Texas, every year. Founded in 1987, the PMB is under the artistic direction of Cindi Lawrence Hanson, who has been in the position since 1998. The PMB brings in instructors to give “master” classes, and guest artists provide inspiration to company members.
It is the mission of our orchestra to inspire, educate, entertain and involve the children, youth and adults of our community in the enjoyment of great music.
